Indeed. Why then when I offered my services to the NSPCC did I get the ‘standard’ email in response:
‘Thank you for contacting the NSPCC, if you are reporting concerns or seeking advice about the welfare of a child we will respond within 24hrs, if you are asking for information about the NSPCC, its services or information / research relating to practice we will endeavour to respond within 3 working days.’
